Still a teenager

But I'm close to getting out. :D I turned 19 today! In some ways, this feels more significant than past birthdays. I've changed a whole lot from when I turned 18.

THIS WAS ALSO THE FIRST TIME IN 8 YEARS THAT IT HASN'T RAINED ON MY BIRTHDAY OMG.

Though really, we could have used it. It was 105 degrees today, and it shows no signs of subsiding. We'll probably be in stage 3 water restrictions soon, which will mean you can only water every other week. IDK why anyone even bothers anymore since everything's dead anyway.

My bad luck held up though. The dog got skunked last night. She still smells faintly of it.

The best part of my birthday was getting an iPhone! I love it to bits. I've been downloading apps like crazy.

All in all, this was the best birthday I've had in a while.
