reliving my childhood
Jul. 31st, 2010 11:47 amI'm watching Coalgirls' BD release of Cardcaptor Sakura, and omg so many memories! Of course when I saw it it was on Cartoon Network and Tomoyo spoke like a valley girl. BUT ANYWAY. It does at least bring back memories of the manga, which was my second manga ever, after Sailor Moon.
TBH, I'm surprised about how much I'm enjoying it. I thought a lot of my feelings about it were colored by nostalgia, and I'm sure that's a small part, but I'm genuinely loving it, too. It helps that it's aged very well.
In other news, I have graduated to eating soft solid foods! I ate mac and cheese, biscuits, and now I'm eating salmon for lunch! I'M SO HAPPY, YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW. I thought I was going to puke if I had to eat another bowl of soup.
