fallout: (^ joy and excitement)
I have been completely and utterly ignoring DA because a) I dislike high-fantasy and b) it looked terrible from the couple of videos I'd seen. Of course, now I'm hooked. WHY DID I EVER DOUBT YOU, BIOWARE? This creates a strange situation. Usually, when there's a game coming out that I'm anticipating, I read up all I can on it. This is especially true with RPGs. In fact, when I have an RPG, I always play with a guide so that I can do everything in one playthrough (I rarely have time for a second). This time I'm going in completely blind. I'm hoping I'll manage to do everything just by virtue of my tendency to leave no rock unturned. Usually WRPGs are more forgiving in the impossible to activate sidequests area than their Japanese counterparts.

But really, I am completely blind. I don't know anything about this game's story, or how the plot works. I didn't even know there were romance subplots until my brother told me. On that note:

I WANT ALLISTAIR IN MY (CHARACTER'S) PANTS.
